Do you work with Australian companies?
Yes. Australia is one of our main markets. Our clients include a supplier to a major Australian supermarket, for whom we have sourced 120 household products. We work in English, by email and WhatsApp.
What does ENA do for Australian buyers?
We find factories in China, negotiate prices, manage samples, audit factories, inspect every shipment before it leaves and arrange sea or air freight to Australia. Read our 9-step factory checklist.
Can you ship to my warehouse in Australia?
Yes. We book sea or air freight from China and work with your freight forwarder or customs broker so the goods reach your Australian address.
Do I pay import duty on goods from China?
Under the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement (ChAFTA), Australian tariffs on goods that qualify as Chinese origin have been eliminated since 1 January 2019. To claim the preferential rate you need a certificate of origin, signed by the Chinese exporter or producer, for each shipment. Your customs broker confirms eligibility, GST and any other charges.
Do you inspect goods before they ship to Australia?
Yes. Every shipment gets a pre-shipment inspection before it leaves the factory. In-production quality control is available on request.
Can you make retail-ready products under my own brand?
Yes. We manage OEM and private label production, including custom packaging, barcodes and labels for Australian retail.
How much does sourcing cost?
