Pre-production sample
The factory makes a sample to your spec; we photograph, measure and ship it for your approval before any tooling or deposit.

Branding and artwork
Logo placement, colors, printed packaging, inserts and labels prepared with the factory and checked against your artwork.

Packaging and barcodes
Retail or e-commerce packaging, barcodes, carton markings and shipping marks made to your market’s rules.

Production follow-up
Deposit, production schedule and material confirmation tracked by our Shenzhen team, with in-production QC on request.

Every order is inspected by an independent inspector to the international AQL standard before the balance is paid.

Questions buyers ask about private label
What is the difference between OEM and private label?
Private label means an existing factory product sold under your brand with your packaging. OEM means the product itself is made to your design or specification. ENA manages both.
Do I need my own design to start?
No. Many projects start from a reference sample or a product link plus the changes you want. We write the spec with the factory and confirm it on a pre-production sample. To vet the factory yourself first, read our 9-step factory checklist.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the product and the factory, and custom packaging or tooling usually raises it. Tell us your target quantity and we will match factories that can work at that level.
Can you put my logo and packaging on the product?
Yes. Logo printing or embossing, custom retail boxes, inserts, barcodes and carton markings are all part of the service.
Do you own the molds and tooling?
No. Tooling you pay for belongs to you. We record it with the factory so it can be moved if you ever change supplier.
How is quality controlled?
A pre-production sample is approved before production, in-production QC is available on request, and every order gets a third-party pre-shipment inspection to the international AQL standard before the balance is paid.
Will you work with the factory I already use?
Yes. We can manage branding, packaging, inspection and shipping with your existing factory, or quote alternatives if you want a comparison.
