Questions buyers ask about finding a factory
How do you find factories in China?
We start with the 5,000+ factories we have worked with since 2015 and the industrial clusters that make your product type, then verify each candidate’s license and export record before it reaches your shortlist.
Can you tell a factory from a trading company?
Yes. We check the business license, registered scope and the production line on site or by video, so you know whether you are buying from the maker or a middleman. To do a first check yourself, read our 9-step factory checklist.
How long does sourcing take?
A verified shortlist with quotes usually takes one to two weeks, samples two to four weeks more depending on the product.
Do you work with small orders?
Yes. We match the factory to your quantity. MOQ depends on the product, and we tell you early if the quantity is too small for custom work.
Will I know which factory makes my product?
Yes, if you want open-book sourcing. We can show the factory name and location, the factory’s quotation and our fee as separate lines.
What does factory sourcing cost?
Every project is quoted individually. Typical fees are a percentage of the order value, with a third-party pre-shipment inspection included. See our pricing page.
Can you check a factory I already found?
Yes. Send the supplier name, address and quote, and we verify it or arrange an on-site factory audit at cost.
